A body scan/full physical examination/health check-up/health screening is an examination of the body performed our team of doctors within the Centuria Medical Center. The examination will cover most of the basic systems of the body, including the heart system, lung system and gut system examination. An additional examination can be added depending on your wishes together with the team of doctors. The purposes of a full physical examination are to confirm any present medical issues or to find possible pathologies that are present but yet to be known about. The advantage of a executive screening is that many diseases can be detected in an early stage with blood tests and imaging studies. Many diseases are diagnosed earlier using modern technology where previously physical examination could find nothing, for example prostate cancer, colon cancer, etc.
